Kerry Washington Sculpt
This realistic portrait bust was created entirely in ZBrush by sculpting from a polysphere. I utilized tools such as the QRemesher to guide the flow of geometry after establishing facial landmarks, and sculpted on from there. I did a quick UV unwrap with ZBrush's UV Master tool, and took the map into Photoshop for hand-painting. Seams were cleaned up by mirroring the edges of the model in Photoshop, but they are entirely covered by her hair as well.
There are seven FiberMesh subtools, which are the eyebrows, upper lashes, lower lashes, and hair. The hair was created in polygroups in order to be styled with ease. Her eyes were polypainted in ZBrush using radial symmetry. The shaders used are variations of this skin material (found in the top post by user froyd) and this eye shader (found in the top post by user sebcesoir). Though she's still classified as a work in progress, I'm incredibly excited about her, especially since she's my first ZBrush project ever.
